What needed
solving
A Romanian construction firm managing 15–20 simultaneous residential and commercial projects was struggling with client communication. Project managers were supposed to send weekly progress updates to clients but the volume of projects meant updates were often delayed or skipped, leading to client anxiety, inbound enquiries consuming management time, and disputes at handover about what had been communicated. The firm was also losing repeat business to competitors perceived as more transparent.
What we built
We built BuildRight, a project milestone tracking platform tailored to construction workflows. Project managers log milestone completions (foundations complete, frame up, roof on, fit-out, snagging, handover) via a simple mobile-friendly form. Each milestone completion automatically triggers a branded client email with a plain-English progress summary, photos attached, the next milestone target, and an updated projected completion date. Clients can view a live project dashboard via a secure link at any time.
