What needed
solving
A luxury villa rental portfolio in the UAE was receiving high-value enquiries via WhatsApp at all hours — particularly from international guests in different time zones — and responding only during business hours. A typical enquiry-to-response delay of 3–4 hours was causing them to lose bookings to competitors who responded faster. The business also needed responses in Arabic, Russian, and Chinese, which required a translator and added further delays.
What we built
We deployed a WhatsApp AI agent trained on the villa portfolio — pricing, availability, amenities, booking terms, and property details for each villa. The agent detects the guest's language, responds in kind, qualifies the enquiry (dates, group size, budget), and checks availability in real time. High-intent enquiries are automatically escalated to a human agent with a full conversation summary. The AI handles everything else: FAQs, photo requests, area recommendations.
