What needed
solving
A UAE hotel group operating four properties was responding to only 40% of its online reviews due to the time required to craft personalised, brand-consistent responses across TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com. Management estimates suggested that each human-written response took 12–15 minutes. With 200+ reviews per month across the group, full response coverage would require a part-time dedicated role. Meanwhile, a competitor with near-100% response rates was consistently ranked higher in search results.
What we built
We built GuestIQ, an AI review management system trained on each property's brand voice, service standards, and historical responses. New reviews are detected via platform API polling every 30 minutes. The AI generates a personalised, brand-consistent response for each review — acknowledging specific details mentioned, addressing negative feedback constructively, and matching the formality level of the original review. Responses are queued for a one-click human approval before posting, taking under 30 seconds per review.
