Short-term rentals, Dubai
What needed
solving
A short-term rental operator managing 24 luxury units in Dubai was experiencing frequent double-bookings due to calendar sync failures between Airbnb, Booking.com, and their direct booking website. Guest communication was inconsistent — late check-in instructions, missed cleaning team notifications, and delayed review requests were costing them in ratings and repeat bookings. Each calendar update required a manual refresh across three platforms.
What we built
We built a centralised availability hub that maintains a single source of truth for all 24 units. Any booking or block from any channel triggers an instant sync across all other channels via their respective APIs. An automated guest communication sequence fires at booking confirmation, 48 hours before check-in, day-of arrival, and post-checkout — personalised per unit. Cleaning team notifications and review request emails are also automated on checkout trigger.
