Ranjet Aviation
Private jet charter, Dubai
What needed
solving
A Dubai-based private jet charter operator was managing fleet availability, crew scheduling, and client bookings entirely through spreadsheets and WhatsApp group chats. Double-bookings were a recurring problem, pricing was inconsistently applied across currencies, and the operations director spent 6+ hours a day coordinating manually. The business was turning down charter requests simply because they could not track capacity reliably.
What we built
We built a bespoke operations platform covering the full booking lifecycle: real-time fleet availability calendar, multi-currency pricing engine, automated crew assignment based on qualifications and shift rules, and a client-facing quote portal. The system integrates with the company's maintenance schedule to block unavailable aircraft automatically. Automated confirmation emails, crew briefings, and client itineraries are generated and sent at each stage without manual intervention.
