RetailSync
E-commerce retailer, Romania
What needed
solving
A Romanian e-commerce retailer selling across WooCommerce, Amazon.ae, and Noon was managing product data in three separate dashboards. Price and stock updates were applied manually per platform, leading to routine inconsistencies — products showing as in-stock on Amazon when the WooCommerce warehouse system showed zero inventory, and pricing that varied by 15–30% across platforms due to delayed updates. Customer complaints and negative reviews linked to stock misrepresentation were increasing.
What we built
We built RetailSync, a real-time product data layer connecting the WooCommerce database as the master record to the Amazon and Noon seller APIs. Any price or stock change in WooCommerce propagates to all platforms within 90 seconds. Sync failures trigger an instant Slack alert with the failed record and error detail. A daily reconciliation job cross-checks all three platforms and flags any remaining discrepancies for review.
