What needed
solving
Multiple hospitality clients across Dubai and Romania were each independently managing guest communications, online review responses, and multi-channel booking availability — all manually. The repetitive nature of the work (responding to similar guest queries, templated review replies, manual OTA calendar updates) was consuming 30+ staff hours per property per week, and the inconsistency in tone and speed was impacting review scores.
What we built
We built and now maintain a proprietary multi-tenant AI toolsuite deployed across 8 hospitality clients. The suite includes: a guest communication AI trained on each property's tone and policies, an automated review response engine for TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com, and a real-time booking channel sync that keeps availability consistent across all OTAs. Each client gets a custom-branded dashboard with usage metrics. The platform is hosted on our infrastructure and updated centrally.
