What needed
solving
A Portuguese short-term rental operator was managing listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings with manual calendar sync. Double-bookings happened every fortnight and each one cost hours to resolve and damaged reviews.
What we built
We built an n8n automation layer connecting all three platforms via their APIs, with PostgreSQL as the source of truth. Any booking on any channel updates all others within 60 seconds. Resend handles guest communications automatically.
