What needed
solving
A Singapore property tech company was pushing listings to 8 regional portals manually. Mismatched prices, outdated availability, and missing images appeared on portals 24–48 hours after changes, leading to agent complaints and lost enquiries.
What we built
We built a unified listing management API layer using Node.js and PostgreSQL. Any change to a listing propagates to all 8 portals within 60 seconds. Slack alerts notify the ops team of any portal rejection or API failure.
