The challenge

What needed
solving

A 50-agent RE/MAX franchise in Dubai was operating without a CRM, using a mix of personal WhatsApp groups, Excel trackers, and paper files to manage the sales pipeline. Leads from Bayut, PropertyFinder, and direct referrals were landing in five different inboxes with no central routing. Management had no real-time visibility into agent performance, and high-value leads were routinely falling through the gaps.

The solution

What we built

We led a 12-week digital transformation programme: full HubSpot CRM rollout with custom property pipelines, automated lead routing from all portals and ad channels, a 3-day agent training programme with recorded modules, a weekly KPI report auto-generated from CRM data and delivered to management every Monday, and a performance dashboard on the office screen updated in real time. We also implemented a WhatsApp AI layer for initial lead response during out-of-office hours.
