What needed
solving
A Swiss flight operations company was scheduling crew, aircraft, and ground services across a mix of spreadsheets and email threads. Conflicts were discovered at the last minute and resolving them required hours of coordinator time.
What we built
We built a Next.js scheduling platform with real-time conflict detection, automated crew notifications via Resend, and a Vercel-hosted ops dashboard. Planners now see the full operation in one view and are alerted to any constraint before it becomes a problem.
The numbers
Concrete, measurable outcomes delivered in production.
